SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position supports the Company’s commitment provide financial and operational data (historical and forecast) to help drive growth and profitability.
DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS (each duty and function listed indicates % of time):
- Analyze Financial Data, Forecast P&L, and understand variance against budget (15%)
- Coordinating with departments/cost centers to review financial results, budgets, and forecasts (15%)
- Provide detailed analysis, create required month-end journal entries, and commentary on cost center results (15%)
- Work with regional and department leadership teams to build their annual budgets and forecasts (10%).
- Assist in publishing various monthly management reports; customer P&L/profitability, variance analysis, other Ad-hoc reporting (15%)
- Ensure good Data governance, including monitoring and mapping new data sets (10%)
- Support Ad-hoc projects, including various implementation support (10%)

- Attend regular department meetings (5%)
- Support Ad-hoc projects/implementations (3%)
- Provide training assistance to team members (2%)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance/economics
- At least 3 years of solid accounting and analytical experience
- Understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet
- Detail Oriented and good problem-solving skills
- Strong Excel and tech-savvy
