SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS (each duty and function listed indicates % of time):
- Reconcile assigned cash GL accounts on a monthly basis 40%
- Resolve and verify all kinds of bank and book error including review of outstanding payments 15%.
- Communicate with various departments such as AP, AR, Finance, Temp Payroll, Staff Payroll and Tax. 15%
- Reorder copies of cleared checks as requested. Assist on audit preparations. 5%
- Sort and file bank reconciliation summary, statements, statements, reports and other supporting documents 20%
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS (each function listed indicates % of time):
- Journalize monthly cash adjustments, download files, paycard inventory functions 5%

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Accounting with minimum of 3 years related experience preferred (however, 5 years of direct bank reconciliation experience is considered in lieu of a 4 year degree).

Active listener. Detailed e-mails and excellent follow up.
