SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is primarily responsible for supporting the Payroll Department’s commitment to timely and accurate payroll processing, by successfully fulfilling the responsibilities outlined below.
DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS (each duty and function listed indicates % of time):
- Responsible for compliance, set-up and maintenance of all wage withholding orders and garnishments (20%)
- Replies to legal correspondence and forms from various garnishment agencies (20%)
- Processes weekly reports and payment requests for temp garnishments (20%)
- Sorts and files temp garnishment folders (10%)
- Scans orders and renames files (10%)
- Handles questions and complaints from temp employees and offices regarding garnishment deductions (10%)
- Mails out weekly checks to garnishing agencies (10%)
- Other duties as assigned
