SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role focuses on the management and ongoing enhancement of learning and performance programs and technology. The Senior Manager gets to collaborate closely with executive, technical, operational, and learning teams to drive the enterprise learning roadmap. This role is for someone who is passionate and determined to achieve elevated levels of employee productivity and engagement through continuous resources and process improvement. Additionally, the Senior Manager may supervise staff and manage relationships with vendors. The company has a roadmap that includes implementing a performance management platform in the next 18 months.
DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS (each duty and function listed indicates % of time):
- Function as a subject matter expert in the core Admin, Manager, User, Instructor functions of learning and performance platforms, which is currently Saba. (on going)
- Establish and maintain an in-depth understanding of our performance programs such as onboarding, compensation, job descriptions, competencies, career paths, rewards and recognition. (20%)
- Support the EVP of Sales Enablement in maintaining and editing current source versions of end-user performance program procedures, policies and job aids using MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe PDF, and Canva as needed. (2%)
- Research and suggest new features and future solutions to continuously enhance the alignment of our programs to our users resources and technology used, then present options in brainstorming meetings. (10%)
- Outline detailed roadmaps for staff to use towards project management and deployment of new solutions to end users. (5%)
- Within the Saba platform, direct others and assist with configuring seamless functionality and accuracy of our core programs using your knowledge of best practices in building Curricula and Certifications with blended and sequenced elements such as ILT Events, SCORM content, observation checklists, surveys, tests, notifications, auto-enrollment rules, reporting dashboards, and security roles. (40%)
- Create reporting and dashboards for the team to stay connected to results and issues resolution, including monthly presentations of various program statuses. Establish and monitor metrics to drive continuous utilization and improvement. (20%)
- Ensure bi-annual auditing of content, users, and security roles. (3%)
- Ensure record keeping and reliability of vendor SLA performance. (as needed)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- LMS proficiency: Must have 2+ years of experience using LMS software to import and configure users from multiple states, departments, and security roles.
- Learning and Development concepts proficiency: Must have 4+ years of experience managing and improving dynamic adult learning &/or performance programs such as onboarding curriculums, career path related learning programs, skills or competency models, performance reviews, or development plans.
- Analytical proficiency: Must have experience creating and being accountable for curating reports, analyzing performance, and presenting on results of programs.
- High accountability traits: Self-motivated, positively responds to feedback, well organized, able to follow procedures, flexibility to re-prioritize tasks to communicate updates to stakeholders daily, consistently meets deadlines and deliverables.
- Solution-driven: Works with a sense of determination to find end-user solutions and procedures for an optimal outcome, being forthcoming with questions and ideas, systematically can test multiple possibilities and track features as a means to narrow down options to the most productive one.
- Continuous Learning & Research adept: Comfortable staying focused and detailed while digesting learning courses and systems SOPs on a monthly basis.
- Digital literacy: Proficiency with computer peripherals and online platforms. This includes weekly use of cloud-based tools such as an LMS, Office 365, AI Assistants/Co Pilots, and MS Teams. Working with SCORM files and Adobe RISE are preferred.

Paid time off accrues immediately at 2 hours per semi-monthly pay period for full time employees, and a prorated amount for part time employees based on the percentage of a 40 hour work week worked.
